I started my journey as a firefighter in 1996 as a volunteer firefighter. I enjoyed helping others and wanted to do it as a career. I went through the fire academy to become certified. I achieved this in 1997. I was part time to get my career started. In 1998, I became a full-time firefighter. I have been since. In 2010, I became a certified fire inspector as well as being a firefighter. Fire inspections ranged from small commercial occupancies to large commercial properties to ensure safety to the public that visited.

Having over 15 years of experience in inspections and coming to the close of my career, I wanted to carry that into home inspections. I went to the American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) for my training and achieved this is late 2022. I also became InterNACHI certified to provide a higher knowledge base to what I had learned.
